To match customers with cleaning providers ("Clyners"), process payments through Stripe, send booking and service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

3. Sharing

We share booking details with the assigned Clyner so they can perform the job. We share payment information with Stripe, our payments processor. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

Account and booking records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your profile, or by emailing support.
