Terms of Service

1. The service

Clyners is a marketplace connecting customers with independent cleaning professionals. Clyners is not the employer of any provider and does not perform cleaning services directly.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Bookings and payment

When you book a job, you authorize Clyners (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the quoted amount. Pricing, cancellation windows, and refund terms are described on the booking page and in our Refund Policy.

4. Provider obligations

Providers ("Clyners") are independent contractors. They agree to perform jobs they accept, communicate professionally, and document completed work with photos as required.

5. Prohibited conduct

No harassment, discrimination, off-platform transactions to avoid fees, fraud, or misuse of the service.

6. Liability

Clyners provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyners is not liable for damages arising from a provider's performance of a cleaning job beyond the amount paid for the job in question.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
