Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before: 50% refund.
  • After the Clyner has arrived: non-refundable.

Provider cancellations

If your Clyner cancels, you receive a full refund and we will help rebook you with another available provider.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work, contact us within 24 hours of job completion with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the provider to redo problem areas, and if that is not possible, issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
